I work from my studio which by the coast on the Suffolk/Norfolk boarder.
I do travel all over the UK to various pagan and spiritual events, fayres and festivals.

Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged then please email us with the details and photos of the damage and you will be refunded including the postage in accordance Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Returns
If your purchase is not to your satisfaction If you can return an item up to 14 days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from us, contact us, or otherwise use our services through Black Moon Atelier, or their related sites and services.

To fulfil your order, you provide us with certain information (which you authorised Stripe or PayPal to provide to us), which may include your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information for a custom order.

Why We Need Your Information and How We Use It

We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
- as needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
- if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law.

How We Collect This Data

This data is supplied to Black Moon Atelier at the checkout process via Stripe or via PayPal for website orders. We receive the details saved to your account at the time of ordering. Information is then stored in our Stripe/PayPal account, so we can dispatch your parcel to the correct address. We also receive an email from Stripe/PayPal confirming a purchase has been made and the address you have requested we send your order to.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
- Service providers. We engage two trusted third parties (Royal Mail and Parcelforce) to provide delivery services to our shop. We share your name and address with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
- Compliance with laws. We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce our agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers, or others.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 1 month.

 How We Keep Your Data Secure
 
Data stored digitally
- The information collected during the checkout process is stored in our Stripe/PayPal account. PayPal and Stripe have renewed their General Data Protection Regulation Policy to abide with the new laws in place, effective 25th May 2018.
- We employ security measures on all of our devices to ensure data is stored securely. Devices in our possession that have access to our Facebook, Instagram, Stripe and PayPal accounts are as follows:
